Total Dynamic Services began in 2010 as a snow removal contractor serving properties across Metro Vancouver. As clients came to rely on our consistency, they began asking us to support more of their year-round property needs.

We responded by investing in our people, equipment, and capabilities, growing deliberately and with purpose. Over time, that steady approach allowed us to expand into landscape maintenance and construction, environmental services, site repairs, vegetation management, and civil support work.

Today, we support commercial, strata, municipal, and institutional clients throughout the Lower Mainland. Our work is backed by a company-owned fleet, experienced field teams, and long-standing client relationships built on reliable delivery, season after season.

Our Team

TDS is built on its people. Our team spans experienced field crews and equipment operators, a Red Seal Certified Landscape Horticulturist with municipal IPM program leadership, BC Certified IPM Pesticide Applicators, and skilled professionals across operations, commercial management, and site supervision. Every team member is trained, safety-focused, and represents TDS with the same standard of professionalism wherever the work takes them.

Mike W.

General Manager

Mike founded TDS in 2010 and has grown the company into a multi-discipline contractor through consistent reinvestment in its people, equipment fleet, and technical capabilities. His leadership philosophy is simple: operate fairly and transparently, invest in the people around you, and build client relationships rooted in trust and integrity. Mike is not an absent owner. He provides strong strategic oversight across all operations while remaining directly involved in client relationships, day-to-day decision-making, and on-the-ground execution. That hands-on approach and commitment to ethical, transparent practices have earned TDS long-standing client relationships that date back to the company’s earliest days.

Isela G.

Operations Manager

Isela brings over 10 years of experience across construction operations, crew coordination, and project logistics spanning civil, landscaping, and manufacturing sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management. Before joining TDS, she coordinated labour crews and machinery deployment for civil construction projects, served as the operational link between project managers and field teams, and managed purchasing and supply chain logistics at a senior level. At TDS, she manages daily scheduling, dispatch, crew coordination, and equipment deployment, keeping multiple concurrent programs running on time and to standard across all active contracts.

Commercial Manager

With 15+ years in business development and client management, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Candice brings a distinctive commercial lens to every tender and client engagement at TDS. Before joining TDS, she built her career managing full sales cycles, contract negotiations, and client relationships across multiple sectors. At TDS, she leads end‑to‑end commercial management across municipal and private‑sector contracts, with proposal writing and bid strategy at the centre of her role, ensuring every engagement is contractually sound, commercially protected, and fully compliant from pre‑award tendering through to post‑award closeout.

Craig C.

Site Superintendent

Craig brings 15+ years of deep roots in civil construction and heavy equipment across Metro Vancouver. He leads site operations at TDS with hands-on experience in excavation, pipe laying, civil infrastructure, and shoring, operating a wide range of equipment including Hitachi, Komatsu, John Deere, and Case machinery on pump station installations, water mainlining, and precision excavation around live services. Craig has also owner-operated his own excavation business, giving him an understanding of the full project lifecycle from quoting through to delivery. Organised and safety-focused, Craig excels on complex civil scopes.

Calin T.

Shop Foreman & Equipment Operator

With 18+ years across civil construction, crane rigging, pipeline work, and project management in BC and Alberta, Calin is the backbone of TDS’s equipment operations. Before joining TDS, he served as a Project Manager and Field Foreman for civil construction crews, managing site builds, trades coordination, and deficiency inspections. At TDS, he keeps the full company-owned fleet field-ready year-round and operates heavy equipment on active contracts. First Aid certified, forklift certified, and eRailSafe certified.

Ty D.

Foreman

Ty brings 15+ years of hands-on industry experience leading field crews across landscape, civil, and construction projects. A skilled machine operator and tradesperson, his capabilities span heavy equipment operation, landscaping and hardscaping, concrete finishing, brickwork, Allan block walls, and framing, the kind of breadth that only comes from years of showing up and doing the work at every level. Known for his tireless work ethic and ability to keep crews productive and on standard across demanding and varied scopes, Ty is a steady presence in the field that clients and crews alike can count on.

Ivan G.

Field Crew Lead

Ivan is a versatile field operator and crew supervisor with experience spanning heavy equipment operation, vegetation management, landscaping and construction, and site coordination. Trained in pre-site assessment and planning, PPE and hazard identification, and safe equipment handling, he brings both the technical capability and the site awareness to lead crews and deliver results across a wide range of scopes. Ivan has served as Site Supervisor and Safety Lead on active municipal infrastructure contracts. eRailSafe certified.

Salvador N.

Field Content Creator

Salvador is a TDS crew member and in-house content creator who works with the tools across active contracts and captures on‑site video and photography. He edits and publishes content directly to TDS social media channels, giving clients and prospects an authentic, ground‑level view of the work and the team in action.

Skylar D.

Field Supervisor – Environmental & Vegetation

Skylar brings a wealth of experience to TDS, with over 10 years in ecological land management, invasive species control, and crew supervision across municipal and private sectors. This includes 8 years of continuous leadership on a municipal IPM program, supervising multi‑crew field programs for pest and invasive species control across city‑wide parks and green spaces. A Red Seal Certified Landscape Horticulturist and licensed Pesticide Applicator, Skylar brings a depth of species‑specific knowledge and long‑standing municipal program experience that is highly valued in the field.
