TDS maintains a Corporate Health and Safety Program aligned with WorkSafeBC requirements, with all HSE documentation, worker certifications, inspections, and incident records managed digitally across our field operations platforms. Before every project, we develop a Project-Specific Safety Plan identifying site hazards, required PPE, emergency contacts, and environmental protection measures. Supervisors lead daily tailgate meetings, with full safety documentation available to clients in real time.
