At Total Dynamic Services (TDS), we believe the best work starts with the right mutual fit. We work closely with municipal, commercial, and strata properties, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships grounded in trust, consistency, and reliable service.
From a budget and scope perspective, we’ve developed a clear understanding of the project types where we can deliver the greatest value. As a general guide, our primary service criteria are:
- Weekly Maintenance: Typical contracts start at CAD 500.
- Enhancements: Minimum CAD 1,000/day for a two-person crew, including cleanups, pruning, and small installation projects.
- Strata Design/Construction: Contract minimums typically start at CAD 10,000.
- Municipal & Commercial Bid/Build: Contracts generally range between CAD 50,000 and CAD 250,000.
That said, we’re also known to be flexible for the right partner and the right fit.
